Vincent G. Riverso, P.E., Esq.
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Vincent G. Riverso, P.E., Esq., is both a professional engineer and an attorney with over 45 years of diverse experience in the construction industry. He is the founder and owner of Riverso Associates, Inc. Mr. Riverso holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, a Masters of Civil Engineering degree, and a Juris Doctorate degree. He is a Professional Engineer licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, South Carolina, and Montana and an attorney admitted to practice in New York (active) and Connecticut (retired 2022). He serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator with the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Riverso is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Forum on the Construction Industry of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Academy of Forensic Engineers (NAFE), where he is a senior member and a Board-Certified Diplomate in Forensic Engineering.
He is qualified as an expert in construction means and methods, scheduling, delay analysis and delay damages, estimating, cost evaluation and change order review. Mr. Riverso has testified in courts such as the Connecticut State Superior Court, NY State Supreme Courts, Federal Bankruptcy court and numerous arbitrations in both New York and New Jersey. Mr. Riverso also has individual membership in IAIPSIG (International Association of Independent Private Sector Inspectors General).
David Mott, PSP
President
David J. Mott has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and is currently the Vice President and the Director of Scheduling for Riverso Associates. Mr. Mott manages a staff of Project Controls Specialists currently providing the scheduling needs for over 40 projects in the NY metro area. In addition to managing active projects, Mr. Mott has provided expert testimony supporting the preparation of time impact analysis resulting from complex construction delays and accelerations. Mr. Mott has worked on many projects spanning industry sectors including education, healthcare, industrial, transportation, and sports arenas. Mr. Mott is currently certified as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and is on the Board of Directors for the AACE's Long Island Chapter. He is also a continual guest speaker for the Manhattan College Civil Engineering Program.
Brian E. Mott, PSP
Vice President, Project Controls
Brian E. Mott has over 26 years of experience in the construction industry and studied Mechanical Engineering at Binghamton University. During the initial phase of his career, Mr. Mott served as an “outsourced” project manager working at Prudential Insurance Co, with the responsibility of overseeing the construction of 50-60 branch offices throughout the United States. For the past 20+ years, he has worked exclusively in the construction CPM scheduling field, currently serving as a senior scheduling analyst at the firm. His main duties include the preparation, monitoring, updating, and analysis of CPM schedules covering a broad range of projects, ranging from education, healthcare, industrial, transportation, heavy highway, and sports complexes. Mr. Mott also has extensive experience with impact claims preparation and forensic schedule analysis. Mr. Mott is currently certified as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) with the Association for Advancement of Cost Engineers (AACE).
Richard T. Hekimian, R.A.
Vice President, Chief Architect
Richard T. Hekimian is a Registered Architect with over 40 years of experience in project management and design, including commercial, industrial, institutional and residential projects. He is a Vice President at Riverso Associates, Inc. and has been with the firm since 1991. Mr. Hekimian holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from the University of Virginia. His varied experience ranges from zoning and code studies, preparation of development and design documents, constructability and due diligence reviews, to project management, staff supervision, and administration. He was responsible for various roll-out projects consisting of multiple retail locations for financial institutions throughout the New York Metropolitan area involving ADA studies and conversions, corporate rebranding, Matter-of-Pride facilities upgrades, existing conditions documentation, and Landmarks restorations. Mr. Hekimian also provides Owner’s Representative services consisting of feasibility and existing conditions documentation, design phase, pre-construction, construction phase, and close-out activities.
Guy Drescher
Senior Analyst / Project Manager
Guy Drescher has over 30 years of experience in the facilities and construction management fields of service and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager with the firm. Over the course of his career, Mr. Drescher has been responsible for the development and completion of corporate and commercial construction projects ranging in value from $3 million to over $500 million. Upon his arrival to Riverso Associates, Mr. Drescher served as an Integrity Monitor for the NYC Department of Investigation during the Rescue and Recovery Operations at the World Trade Center. He also provides project management and owners representative services.
John M. Giovagnoli, PSP
Senior Analyst / Project Controls
John M. Giovagnoli has over 20 years of professional experience in the construction industry. Mr. Giovagnoli’s experience covers a broad range of project types including industrial facilities and treatment plants, educational buildings, commercial developments, rail stations, and highways. He is well versed in the preparation, monitoring, updating, and analysis of CPM schedules, as well as the preparation of time impact analysis and forensic schedule analysis. Mr. Giovagnoli also has a proven track record providing clients with field level project management and oversight and has been routinely deployed into on-site staff augmentation roles. He is certified as a planning and scheduling professional (PSP) with the Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE).
Kevin O’Connell, PSP

Kevin O’Connell has over 6 years of experience in the construction industry and possesses Bachelor of Science and Master's Degrees in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College. His main duties as a Project Controls Specialist and Scheduling Analyst include the preparation, monitoring and updating, of resource-loaded CPM schedules covering a broad range of projects, ranging from education, healthcare, industrial and both commercial and residential high-rise projects. Mr. O’Connell is currently certified as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) with the Association for Advancement of Cost Engineers (AACE) and an Engineer in Training (EIT) in association with National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) in New York.
William R. White

William R. White, with over two years of experience in the construction industry, is a Project Controls Specialist and possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College. His responsibilities include preparation, monitoring, updating of resource-loaded CPM schedules, covering a broad range of projects, including the education, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. Mr. White is currently certified as an Engineer in Training (EIT) in association with National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) in New York, and is in progress for his Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Manhattan College.
Sasi K. Pullottupadath, P.E.

Sasi K. Pullottupadath, P.E. is a licensed professional engineer with more than 25 years of commercial construction management scheduling and schedule analysis. He is highly proficient in various scheduling software such as Primavera Suretrak, P3 and P6 and has extensive knowledge in the preparation, updating and time impact analysis of delays using CPM construction schedules. Mr. Pullottupadath has diverse experience with cost and resource loaded schedules using Primavera P6. Mr. Pullottupadath is also proficient in performing forensic analysis of construction schedules in accordance with AACE recommended practices. He has experience as a consultant to clients on issues pertaining to Subcontractor buyouts, acceleration impacts, construction standards and dispute resolution (Litigation and Expert Testimony.

Senior Claims Consultant
Gail Cobucci, P.E., a Professional Engineer, has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in construction litigation, including refuting, supporting, preparing and administering an extensive variety of construction delay claims for owners, contractors, suppliers, architects, and sureties. Ms. Cobucci has developed and evaluated plan schedules and as-built schedules, analyzed delay impacts, prepared and defended damages, and analyzed refuted loss of productivity reports related to delay claims. She has participated in various construction litigation proceedings as expert witness for construction disputes. Ms. Cobucci has on-site experience in construction management, inspection, and project controls and scheduling of power plants.
Amin Terouhid, P.E., PhD.
Senior Claims Consultant
Amin Terouhid, P.E., PhD., is a recognized expert with over 17 years of experience internationally and throughout the United States in the areas of Construction Management, Construction Claims, Value Engineering, Risk Management, and Delay and Damages Analysis. He is the author of numerous scholarly articles and industry guidelines including a number of AACE international recommended practices, including 91R-16 schedule development, 89R-16 management summary schedule, 92R-17 analyzing near-critical paths, PS-19 linear scheduling method, and CDR-05: apportionment of delay responsibilities. He is also the recipient of the 2018 AACE Technical Excellence Award. Dr. Terouhid is also a core program faculty member of the project and construction management programs at Colorado State University (CSU Global).
Russell A. Berner P.E.

Russell Berner is a licensed professional engineer with 40 years of international construction, claims, and expert testimony experience. He has extensive scheduling and productivity analysis experience in complex projects such as petrochemical plants, water/sewer treatment plants and hazardous waste cleanup facilities, as well as standard commercial projects such as buildings, entertainment facilities, schools and roads. He has testified 28 times in court, plus well over 200 times in depositions.
Mr. Berner has a proven record as an expert in construction means and methods, scheduling, delay analysis and delay damages, estimating, cost evaluation and change order review. He has testified at State Courts, Federal Courts and arbitration hearings.
