The project is located opposite the United Nations General Assembly Building on First Avenue and 45th Street in New York City. The 22 story building provides office, meeting, and reception spaces for the U.S. Mission, the United States Information Agency, and the Office of Foreign Missions. The building is designed to meet stringent blast and security criteria. Special facilities for press conferences and reception functions are provided in the base and at the top of the building. RAI created the Baseline Schedule and provided CPM updates periodically through the completion tracking 33 trades over a duration of 48 months. RAI also prepared change order fragnet analyses, time impact analyses, as well as cost and manpower forecasts. RAI subsequently provided dispute resolution and litigation support services post-completion.
Project Value: $110,000,000.
