This project consisted of the construction of a new school and complete demolition of the existing school in Yonkers, NY. It was built in 2 phases and the scope included classrooms, kitchen, offices, an auditorium, and a gymnasium. RAI provided on-site representation assisting the Owner with buyouts, change order negotiation, dispute resolution, scheduling, and budget controls including issuance of a monthly executive report. This project was completed on time in 2001.
