This DASNY project consisted of the construction of a new 625,000 square-foot building for John Jay College of Criminal Justice located in New York, NY. The new facility houses classrooms, laboratories, auditoriums, offices, lounges, a café and bookstore, and a daycare center. The project began in November 2007. A Baseline Schedule was created and updated monthly by RAI through Substantial Completion in September 2011. Services rendered included baseline schedule creation, monthly updates, acceleration schedules, time impact analyses, and cost analyses.
