The project consisted of the construction of a new 635,000 square-foot terminal for Jet Blue Airlines adjacent to the historic 1962 Eero Saarinen-designed TWA Terminal at JFK Airport in Queens, NY. RAI provided CPM Scheduling services for the project’s electrical contractor, whose significant scope included power distribution, baggage distribution systems, self-service kiosks, informational displays, fiber-optic distributions, fire alarm, security, and extensive concessions installation. The baseline schedule was created and updated monthly by RAI through project completion in November 2007. Services rendered included baseline creation, monthly updates, and acceleration schedules.
Project Value: $746,000,000.
