This award winning project consisted of the construction of a new 46,000 square-foot library with a curved roof and 40 foot high glass foyer in Greenburgh, NY. RAI provided Pre-Construction services as well CPM Scheduling services through project completion in December 2008. The baseline schedule was created and updated monthly by RAI. Services rendered also included as-needed recovery schedules.
