This project consisted of the construction of two separate five-story buildings – the CCNY building and ASRC building that both share a common ground floor platform below grade. The overall scope involved spread footing foundations, a concrete pier design, utility tunnel, green roof, and custom architectural curtain wall. Administration offices, Classrooms, and Science Labs are located throughout the building. RAI provided Pre-Construction Services, estimating foundation costs, and on-site representation preparing Baseline Schedule and bi-weekly CPM updates.
