This project consisted of the construction of a water treatment and filtration plant with a capacity of 1.2 million cubic meters of water per day, built underneath the Mosholu Golf Course, located in Van Cortland Park in the Bronx, NY. Construction began in August 2007 and was completed in 2018. RAI conducted a monthly review of the General Contractor’s schedule updates for the electrical subcontractor. Services rendered include on-site representation preparing Baseline Schedule and bi-weekly updates for the electrical contractor. RAI also prepared change order fragnet analyses, time impact analyses, cost and manpower forecasts, and periodic staff augmentation on an as-needed basis.
