This project consisted of the total build out of a 25,000 square-foot high-tech trading floor within the Citicorp Building in New York, NY. The project required a quick four month turnaround. RAI provided Owner’s Representative services and assisted the Owner with the project buyouts and day-to-day management through completion. RAI also assisted in change order negotiations, dispute resolution, scheduling and budget management.
