The Citifield project consisted of the construction of the new NY Mets Stadium located in Queens, NY. The scope of work included Pre-Construction services, as well as baseline schedule preparation and monthly progress reporting for the Electrical Prime Contractor, change order and time impact analyses, manpower analyses, and periodic site visit look-ahead schedules.
