This project consisted of retrofitting several Chase Manhattan Bank administrative offices and branch bank facilities. RAI was retained primarily for renovations and build-arounds within occupied facilities, thus requiring off hour and weekend installation and complex scheduling parameters. RAI provided Pre-Construction and Owner’s Representative services, assisting the Owner with the project buyouts, and day-to-day management through completion. RAI also assisted in change order negotiations, dispute resolution, scheduling, and budget management.
