This MTA project consisted of the construction of finish and system work at six separate sites, including the new 34th Street Station, as part of the MTA’s 7 Line Subway Extension from its current terminus at Times Square. The project began in August 2011. RAI conducted a monthly review of the General Contractor’s schedule updates for the electrical subcontractor. Services rendered include system fragnets, logic and activity revisions, time impact analysis, manpower analysis, and periodic staff augmentation on an as-needed basis.
