The renovation of this building consisted of the restoration of the exterior façade, as well as the complete conversion of an existing eight-story parking structure into livable residences with state-of-the-art mechanical systems, utilizing Building Wellness installations. RAI provided Owner’s Representative services, assisting the Owner with the project buyout and day-to-day management through completion, including change order negotiations, dispute resolution, scheduling, and budget controls.
