
The renovation of this building consisted of the restoration of the building’s façade, as well as the complete renovation of the interior of the five-story building. RAI provided Pre-Construction and Owner’s Representative services, assisting the Owner with the project buyouts, and the day-to-day management of all contractors through completion. Monthly project meeting and banking reports were prepared, in connection with on-site daily project management.
