RAI is an organization of Construction, Scheduling, Engineering, and Architectural professionals providing Owner’s Representative Services, Construction Management, CPM Scheduling and Cost Controls, Pre-Construction Services, Construction Dispute Services, Litigation Support, Auditing, and Integrity Monitoring. Administrative and technical services are located in our main office in Scarsdale, NY. A major strength of the company is in its diversity – our services combine Architectural and Engineering skills with present day management techniques, providing disciplined solutions to the problems of programming, planning, organization, budgeting, and control. These services are provided by a multi-disciplined staff, including Engineers, Architects, Construction Managers, Construction Accountants, Schedulers, and other specialists and support staff.
