The skills of our construction group are enhanced and strengthened by having in-house design and estimating departments to assist in the execution of this multi-phase project. Each of these disciplines would be applied to the client’s projects, as requested.
- RAI incorporates extensive use of Unit Prices to control the cost of changes. Upon review and interpretation of the units, they serve as the dual purpose of feedback for future estimating.
- Our historic data is built upon real projects that we build, unlike some firms offering cost management services that rely on a third party “Price Book”. Cost Control Systems are RAI's strong suit.
- RAI managers (in disciplines such as Mechanical) also are estimators; therefore, they have had the responsibility for designing within their own budgets, enhancing the Value Engineering effort and ability to monitor changes.
- RAI is also involved in Dispute Resolution and Claims Consulting. This exposure provides us with experience in dealing with contractor change orders, delay claims, contractual disputes dealing with changes, schedules, etc.
